Shipping policy
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
During the checkout process, you will be asked to complete your payment details. All fields must be completed (which includes by providing us with a valid phone number and email address). We will then send you an email confirming receipt, the details of your order and the delivery costs which will be added to the purchase price. Our acceptance of your order will take place only upon receipt of full payment from you.
All prices are subject to change without notice, except that prices for an order that have been accepted by MedLounge are not subject to change after both parties received the order confirmation.
MedLounge reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any items due to some unforeseen situations. All orders placed are subject for pre-approval payment verification by our Finance Team and we may require additional verifications or information before initiating the order.

Delivery is offered for areas covered all over except Alkhairan, Alwafra, Alabdilly.
Minimum order for delivery is 10 Kuwaiti Dinar and above only.

We offer store pick up at our shop located at Hawally, Almuthana street, Alandalus mall. Mezzanine, Unit M-16
